Apparel, coloring books, and select merchandise are made to order and usually require approximately 2 to 7 business days for production before shipping. Delivery time is additional. Preorder items show their expected timeframe on the product page. Estimates may be longer during launches, holidays, or high volume periods.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Because apparel, coloring books, and select merchandise are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size or color, or for a change of mind. Unused hardcover books purchased directly from Faith by Fire Kids may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
