Terms and Conditions

Effective date: August 31, 2026
Last updated: August 31, 2026

These Terms and Conditions, referred to as the “Terms,” govern your use of www.faithbyfirekids.com and purchases made from Faith by Fire Kids LLC. By accessing the website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility and Adult Use

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to place an order, join our email list, submit a business inquiry, or enter into an agreement with Faith by Fire Kids.

Our products may be created for children, but website purchases, forms, subscriptions, reviews, and customer service interactions must be completed by an adult.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, features, and images accurately. Screen settings, printing methods, production batches, and handmade or made-to-order processes may result in minor variations.

We may update, modify, discontinue, or limit products without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed.

Faith by Fire Kids books and educational products are intended to support faith formation, family discussion, and learning. They are not a substitute for adult supervision, pastoral care, medical care, mental health care, legal advice, or other professional services.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline, cancel, or limit an order because of product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping limitations, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Faith by Fire Kids is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout. You authorize our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

Promotional codes cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, exclusions, and expiration dates.

5. Preorders

Payment for preorder products is collected when the order is placed unless otherwise stated. Any release, production, or shipping date shown for a preorder is a good-faith estimate and is not guaranteed.

Production or supply delays may occur. If a material delay affects your preorder, we will provide an update using the email address associated with the order. A preorder may be cancelled and refunded if we determine that we cannot fulfill it.

Requests to cancel a preorder must be submitted before the order enters processing or production. Once processing or production begins, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Shipping and Delivery

In-stock books purchased directly from Faith by Fire Kids are typically processed and shipped within two business days. Made-to-order apparel and merchandise generally require additional production time before shipping.

Processing, production, shipping, and delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, inventory shortages, production issues, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

Products may be fulfilled by different partners and may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information may be sent separately for each shipment.

Books fulfilled directly by Faith by Fire Kids are currently shipped only to addresses within the United States. Selected softcover books may be offered through Amazon in supported countries and marketplaces. Amazon purchases are governed by Amazon’s applicable terms and policies.

Eligible made-to-order apparel and merchandise may be available for delivery to international destinations when a shipping option appears during checkout. Product availability, shipping rates, delivery times, and restrictions vary by item, fulfillment provider, and destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Additional information is available on our Shipping and Returns page.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

If a product purchased directly from Faith by Fire Kids arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs showing the product and issue.

This reporting window does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Because apparel and merchandise are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size or color selection, personal preference, or a change of mind.

Unused books purchased directly from Faith by Fire Kids may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Returned books must be received in unused, resalable condition. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Approved book refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds and replacements for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products are issued after review and when appropriate. We may request additional information before approving a resolution. Products purchased through Amazon or another third-party marketplace are subject to that marketplace’s return and refund policies.

8. Bulk, Sponsored, and Custom Orders

Bulk pricing, sponsored book programs, customized products, and co-branded projects may be available for qualifying churches, schools, ministries, organizations, or events.

These projects may require a separate written proposal, invoice, production schedule, approval process, and payment terms. A general website inquiry does not create an obligation for Faith by Fire Kids to accept a custom or bulk project.

9. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including the Faith by Fire Kids name, logos, taglines, character designs, Theo character, illustrations, books, text, Scripture learning materials, product designs, photographs, graphics, downloads, and website layout, are owned by or licensed to Faith by Fire Kids and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use purchased products for personal, family, classroom, church, or ministry use as permitted by the product description. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, upload, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyrights, trademarks, illustrations, characters, or other intellectual property.

10. Reviews, Testimonials, and Submitted Content

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, or other content to Faith by Fire Kids, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant Faith by Fire Kids a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share submitted content for business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law. We will not intentionally identify a child in promotional content without appropriate adult permission.

Do not submit photographs, names, school information, location details, or other personal information about a child unless you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and have the authority to provide permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, submit false information, impersonate another person, transmit malicious code, interfere with website security, scrape or copy website content, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to Amazon, social media platforms, payment providers, fulfillment partners, or other third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith by Fire Kids LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the website, products, services, or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Jersey, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our website, products, services, or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update means that you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
